① The project of the scenic spot expansion and reconstruct of Water Paint Garden “Shui Hui Garden”

Rugao Water Paint Garden was established in Wanli, Ming dynasty and it is the national major historical and cultural site under state protection now. The construction core of scenic spot is Water Paint Garden itself, with Ancient Street of characteristics in Ming and Qing dynasty, covering ancient city area of 240,000 square meters. The draft has been already finished by famous expert of Tongji University (in Shanghai). So we need foreign investment now to rebuild the old city wholly.

② Transfermation project of Rugao City

Rugao is the historical cultural city of Jiangsu, with the urban area of about 27 sq. km at present. We put out the 23 pieces of land altogether in 2004 to rebuild, remise areas of 782,300 square meters, and the backout area is 525,600 square meters. These lands are used in commerce and inhabitant mainly without attachments on it at rent.

③ The Riverside Eco-tour Garden

The garden takes up an area of 133.333 hectares, with 33.333 hectares surface of water. It has already formed 66.667 hectares riper forest of ginkgo, peach , and metasequoia. We are planning to invest 50 million Yuan RMB to build the recreation center.
